  • Medical Director, Dr. John H. Fullerton (Geriatrician/Internist) certified by The American Medical Directors Association (AMDA) and American Geriatric Society (AGSF)
  • Patient/Family and staff education on diabetic patient care in the Assisted Living and Independent Living setting, with emphasis on Hypo/Hyperglycemic reactions and emergency responses
  • Our clinical and medical team working in conjuncton with the resident's current Primary Care Provider and/or Endocrinologist and reporting any 'change of condition'
  • Materials and resources certified by AMDA which includes a diabetic tool kit with policies and procedures for Assisted Living
  • Nursing services provided 7 days a week

A Health Care Team is Vital. People with diabetes have a multi-system chronic disease best monitored and managed by highly skilled health care professionals.
