Yale University School of Medicine

Dr. John H. Fullerton was appointed Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Yale University Medical School in 2006 due to his extensive clinical instruction of senior students studying primary care/family & community medicine, while rotating through the award winning - SF Consortium - San Francisco Free Clinic , providing community-based primary health care to the urban uninsured and underserved.

The San Francisco Free Clinic is the 2013 recipient of the 'University of San Francisco California Prize for Service and the Common Good'.

Dr. Fullerton has also been asked to clinically instruct the Yale Medical School PA (Physician Assistant) students who will be rotating through his private teaching clinics with teaching agreements in the areas of internal medicine, geriatrics, hospice & palliative medicine, and addiction medicine.
