Executive Vice President - Hampton at HomeSM

Ruth Berhe, LVN, WCC has spent sixteen years in nursing having begun as a certified nursing assistant/home health aide and later, as a licensed vocational nurse (LVN).

Ruth has functioned as the Director of Staff Development (DSD) and Director of Education in skilled nursing facilities and performed all staff in-services and patient/family education. She is also a Certified Wound Care Consultant (WCC) with eight years experience in home, hospital and skilled nursing facility settings.

Ruth serves as Executive Vice President of Hampton at HomeSM a division of Hampton Health, Ltd. which provides medical services and personal care, including highly skilled wound care, to patients within Assisted and Independent Living Communities as well as private Home Care.

Ruth completed her training and clinicals at USC County Medical Center in Los Angeles in the East Los Angeles Occupational Nursing Program. Her past employment history has included work in geriatrics, orthopedic post-operative care, skilled nursing facility care, home health nursing, hospice care and work with developmentally disabled children and adults.

She is a member of The Marin County POLST (Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment) Coalition supporting patient choice and control of medical treatment for end-of-life care. Ruth joined Hampton Health, Ltd. in December 2008.

 Elaine Hausman

Practice Liaison

Elaine Hausman came to Hampton Health, Ltd. with a rich and varied background. Elaine graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Theatre and went on to study at The Juilliard School Drama Division in New York City.

Elaine spent 18 years as a professional actress performing on Broadway, Off-Broadway, The Public Theatre and The Kennedy Center, including roles on British and American television.

Although Elaine had the rare pleasure of coming out of retirement to appear as 'Allegra Calderello' on the hit FX television series Nip/Tuck in 2005 and again in 2009, Elaine left the field of acting in 1991 to pursue her interest in Advanced Accounting and continued her studies at UCLA.

Along with work that took her to the marketing research company LA Focus, supervising research studies and conducting hundreds of consumer interviews for such corporations as The Ford Motor Company and The Chrysler Corporation, Elaine also spent fourteen years as the Southern California Marketing Consultant for Aromatique, one of the leading home fragrance companies in America.

Her years of marketing in a variety of fields brought her to Hampton Health, Ltd. in July of 2009 where she had the privilege of learning first-hand all aspects of the Internal Medicine/Geriatric Specialty practice as she assumed the role of Marketing Director and Clinical Practice Liaison.

In February 2011 Elaine was honored to become Executive Vice President of Marketing and Practice Liaison.

Minoo Parsa

Minoo Parsa was the first employee hired by Hampton Health, Ltd. in 2004, while still a full-time student at the College of Marin where she focused on pre-requisite studies in nursing.

Two years later, Minoo graduated with three associate degrees in Science, Business, and Art and was promoted to Business Manager for Hampton Health and began her new duties in the San Francisco headquarters.

The practice model set forth by Hampton Health and Dr. Fullerton (who became Minoo’s primary mentor), led her to pursue further study at San Francisco State University, and in 2010 Minoo received her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

In February 2016, Minoo was promoted to Director of Financial Operations overseeing all financial operations, analyzing and evaluating short-term and long-term business plans, and managing organizational cash flow and forecasting.

In addition to her financial role with Hampton Health, Minoo also serves as the direct contact and coordinator for Dr. Fullerton as a Certified Medical Expert Witness as part of the Clinical Forensic Medical Division. She is also the Founder of Fall Prevention & Dizziness Therapy, Inc. a Balance+Plus program through Innovative HealthCare Systems, LLC which she established in November 2016 and which has become a strategic partner of Hampton Health, Ltd.

Minoo’s work ethic and dedication over more than ten years have made her an indispensable asset to the Hampton Health team.
