Dr. John H. Fullerton accepted the appointment as Certified Medical Director to AlmaVia of San Rafael Senior Assisted Living Community on November 1, 2014 and in addition established his on-site medical practice Hampton Health, Ltd.™

Hampton Health, Ltd.™, with locations in San Francisco and Corte Madera along with numerous skilled nursing facilities throughout Marin have been deemed geriatric training sites through numerous affiliation agreements with hospital resident programs such as St. Mary's Medical Center [Dignity Health-SF] and UCSF and physician assistant certification programs such as Stanford from 1999-2010 and currently Samuel Merritt University. The AlmaVia of San Rafael office has received this same distinction.
